Very good. Excellent experience everything went smoothly.

I was feeling apprehensive about buying a new car as it was a big expenditure for me. Will took the stress out of the process for me, I did not feel pressured at any stage, he showed me all the documentation, explained it and answered any questions I had.I felt his approach to customer service is all about the personal touch which for me is a real bonus. My car is immaculate and I’m so pleased with it. I would highly recommend Will.

Will was brilliant. Very personable, an excellent communicator, helpful and thoroughly professional with a much appreciated human and caring approach. For example, when he accompanied us on a test drive, he thoughtfully guided us along a variety of road types, so we could hear how the car sounded and feel how it was to drive at 30mph as well as 60mph. The car was in immaculate condition and we are very happy with it. Highly recommend.

Will is a breath of fresh air in the used car market. He really went above and beyond with his professional service and care. You can trust him 100% to be completely honest and with no pressure. I cant reccomend him enough..... we love our new car!

Great experience from start to finish. Will looks after you from the very beginning and understands your needs. this was my first finance car and the process and after sales went smoothly. Will even offer a standard 3 month warranty which is very reassuring.
